Originally from Kentucky, Nicole has proudly called Title Exchange home for more than three years. She loves connecting with people, building lasting relationships, and helping clients feel confident throughout the closing process. Her goal is to make every transaction smooth, stress-free, and an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, making memories together, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Las Vegas Raiders and the Boston Celtics.

Lisa believes that great business starts with great relationships. Brittney Fletcher
Post Closing Specialist
Brittney is the Post Closing specialist on the team. She is a St. Pete native and is the middle child between her two amazing sisters! Her favorite color is purple. Brittney loves hanging out and having a good time with her niece and nephew. She is not a morning person, but loves a good cup of coffee. One of her favorite things is the sound of the waves while watching the sunset with her husband.
